My Story

As Chief Revenue Officer at the Institute for Health Metrics, I have leveraged my deep healthcare domain expertise to translate operational and regulatory data into actionable information that is easily accessible by end users. My experience spans development of regulatory, clinical, and operational reporting in the healthcare market at over 250 provider organizations.

 

As Vice President of Sales at Corvium, Inc. I helped launch and lead the pioneer of food safety automation and analytics, creating and deploying the sales strategy, hiring and training the team, and connecting our message with strategic customers.

 

As VP of Sales at Dimensional Insight, I led the company’s expansion from $3M to over $18M by building a professional team to sell and implement advanced healthcare reporting and analytics solutions. I also established a healthcare practice that earned “Best in KLAS” recognition for nearly a decade.

 

My earlier roles at Microsoft and MicroStrategy allowed me to develop and deliver technology solutions tailored specifically to industry needs, and provided me with the opportunity to lead sales teams, shape strategy, and work closely with clients to solve real-world challenges.

 

As an entrepreneur, I’ve launched multiple companies from seed funding through successive investment rounds, with a focus on market creation and product innovation. My passion lies in blending strategy with execution—whether it's scaling a sales team or bringing a new idea to market.

 

At CMO in Residence, I collaborate with clients to align their go-to-market efforts, train their sales teams, and unlock new revenue opportunities. I’m especially drawn to helping early-stage companies accelerate their sales growth by building the right processes, people, and positioning from the ground up. I believe strong sales organizations are built on clarity, consistency, and continuous learning.

 

When I’m not working with clients, I enjoy mentoring emerging sales leaders and exploring how data can drive better decision-making in healthcare. I also spend time volunteering as a group leader for the Appalachian Service Project.
