Meg McParland
Meg brings particular experience in healthcare technology and B2B SaaS, including her work with Statewise, an EHR and healthcare technology company serving organizations responsible for complex documentation, billing, reimbursement, and Medicaid-related requirements.
Working in that environment gave her a firsthand understanding of how critical accurate, timely, and actionable data is to healthcare organizations, and how technology can help connect operational workflows to financial and clinical outcomes.
My Story
Across her career, Meg has built and scaled marketing programs in environments ranging from established organizations to companies where the marketing function needed to be built almost from scratch. She brings a rare combination of strategic thinking and hands-on execution: she can develop the strategy, build the infrastructure, launch the campaigns, analyze the results, and work alongside sales to turn marketing activity into pipeline and revenue.
Her approach starts with the business, not the marketing channel. She digs into the company's goals, customers, sales process, economics, technology, and existing data to identify where the greatest opportunities and biggest gaps actually exist. From there, she develops practical growth strategies and builds the systems to execute them, whether that means creating a demand generation engine, developing an account-based marketing program, rebuilding lifecycle journeys, improving CRM and attribution, optimizing paid acquisition, strengthening positioning and content, or creating the reporting needed to understand what is truly working.
Meg is particularly interested in the intersection of healthcare, data, AI, automation, and modern marketing operations. She understands that in complex industries, the challenge isn't simply generating more leads. It is helping buyers understand the value of technology that solves difficult operational problems, navigating multiple stakeholders and long sales cycles, and translating complex capabilities into a compelling business case.
She has hands-on experience using AI, automation, data, and marketing technology to streamline workflows, improve targeting and personalization, accelerate execution, and allow lean teams to accomplish more without sacrificing strategic thinking. She also understands the importance of building marketing systems around trustworthy data, measurable outcomes, and strong alignment between marketing, sales, and the broader revenue organization.
One of Meg’s greatest strengths is translating complexity into action. She can sit with an executive team and talk about revenue strategy, market positioning, healthcare technology, and go-to-market priorities, then turn around and build the HubSpot workflows, campaign structure, reporting dashboards, paid media programs, or content needed to make that strategy real. She is equally comfortable asking the hard questions: Who are we really trying to reach? Why should they buy? Where is the pipeline actually coming from? What data do we trust? What should we stop doing?
Meg works particularly well with founders, CEOs, sales leaders, and growing technology companies that need experienced marketing leadership but don't necessarily need a large internal marketing organization. Her goal is not to create marketing for marketing's sake. It is to build a focused, scalable growth engine that connects technology, data, customers, and revenue.
Strategist when the business needs direction. Builder when it needs infrastructure. Marketer when it needs results.
