I’m Russell Evans — a marketing and commercialization leader who thrives at the intersection of product innovation, research, sales strategy, and process discipline.

For more than two decades, I’ve helped organizations design and scale revenue engines that align marketing, product development, analytics, and sales execution. Whether serving as a Chief Marketing Officer, SVP of Marketing & Product, or VP of Sales, my focus has remained the same: build systems that drive predictable, profitable growth.

Throughout my career, I’ve held leadership roles at Procter & Gamble, PepsiCo, Coca-Cola, Nielsen, Henkel, and Russell Stover. My work has ranged from launching patented consumer product categories and new divisions, to modernizing go-to-market operations and leading enterprise-wide commercial transformation.

Throughout my career, I’ve focused on building the connective tissue between insight and execution. That means grounding strategy in rigorous research — segmentation, conjoint modeling, predictive analytics — and translating it into structured operating systems like OGSM planning, Agile commercialization, CRM integration, and disciplined sales processes.

As a founder and executive leader, I built and scaled a commercialization and marketing consultancy that integrated brand strategy, product development, digital demand generation, pricing architecture, and sales enablement into unified growth frameworks. We pioneered an early Marketing-as-a-Service (MaaS) model that aligned marketing and sales around measurable business outcomes.

In consumer products, I’ve created new categories from concept to national distribution and built high-performance sales organizations that execute with clarity and accountability. Across every role, I focus on alignment, process discipline, and building teams that know exactly how growth is created — and how to sustain it.
